I have a question. Does anyone know what the total cost for a civil wedding in Laguna. Thanks for your help. Luthias

Cost significantly depends on the wedding activities involved (ceremony and reception, if any), and number of guests. It will differ a lot as well if you're looking into photography / videography packages, and if you're looking to wear something special like a gown/dress for the bride. If you can be more specific with these civil wedding details, maybe those coming from Laguna or nearby provinces can give you more information. Fees for the marriage license also vary with the local civil registrar.

Here's some details on documents cost in Calamba: http://calambacity.gov.ph/Government/Department_Office/dept-registry.html

You might find some details from this blog useful: http://civilweddingphilippines.blogspot.com/2011/10/civil-wedding-requirements-for-locals.html?spref=bl

All the best!

Edit: Disregard my first 2 sentences, as it seems you're simply checking out cost for the civil ceremony. Hope the links above would give you more idea. Cheers! :) [Disclaimer: I'm not from Laguna.]
