Hi folks,

I've got my interview with the London embassy this wednesday and just wanted to confirm that I have everything I need. I can just see me getting there after all these months of paperwork, only to be sent home for having forgotten a form or something!

So far I have:

Interview letter

Passport

Birth certificate

Police record check (for UK and other countries)

2 colour photos

Evidence of support (which includes forms filled out by fiancee, and my co-sponsor and evidence of his earnings)

I-129F packet (which includes evidence of relationship)

I-797 NOA approval notice

Duplicate packet 3

Is that everything? And can someone please specify whay needs photocopying and what doesnt out of this lot?!

Luckily my fiancee will be attending the interview with me so that should make things a little easier, but still, better to be safe....

Thanks in advance,

James

The medical results are sent directly to the London embassy (at least thats what I was told?!), and Ive got 2 copies of the DS-156 in my packet 3 folder - forget to mention that!

Anyone think of anything else?

medical results are usually sent to the embassy directly, i believe.

I also had a more recently dated letter from my fiance stating his intention to marry me, even though they didn't ask to see it.

Bring photocopies of everything. You need to show them the originals for them to certify the copies, but the embassy will NOT make photocopies for you, and they need to keep the paperwork, so unless you bring photocopies they will have to keep your originals.

Not sure about the UK, but in the Netherlands you need to pay the fee via bank transfer, so you also need to bring proof of that.

Good luck!
