hi all, my fiancée got her visa approved and she's getting ready to come here to the US her POE is in Miami my question is because she had lived in United States from age 9 to 18 yrs nd 4 months old illegally will they hold this against her at the POE?

we were really honest with our I-129F and at the interview they know she was here in the US illegally at those time

If you were honest during the visa process about it then it will not be a problem at POE. Good luck.

5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!
