little problem with my visa

This morning the consulate called me and told me i have to go to the window 28 or 29 to take my birth certificate. the lady told me when they were going to prepared my visa and they missed my birth certificate. oh my Gosh i was sleeping and my mom woke me up when and told me the cconsulate was on the phone my heart was beating so fast i just thought my visa is denied, anyways do you think this little problem delay my visa?

Well it should only cause a delay until you give them the birth certificate. The faster you do that, the faster they'll get back to processing it (well, you can only hope!).

I-129F NOA1 => NOA2: 161 days

NOA2 => Interview: 64 days

AP: 33 days

Total: 258 days

AOS

I-485 NOA => GC: 333 days

No Interview

ROC

07/30/2017: Package Sent

08/01/2017: NOA

You were approved on march 6 and today is that they see that bc is missing?

Omg, maybe the people that print the visa work for the dominican governement or are polititians. Jajaja

Here in dominican republic , people who work for governement are lazy, and dont do their job good, maybe at thedominican consulate there are dominican working, and they think that are working for the dominican governement.

Get it to them as quickly as you can.

The birth certificate needs to be "inextensa".

K1 Visa Process -> 12/09-06/10 Married -> 09/10/10 AOS Process -> 09/10-12/10 Removal of Conditions-> 09/12-07/13

U.S. Naturalization -> 7/8/20
