Hello everyone please i have some questions my joint sponsor only file her tax for 2013 and she is permanent residents and she makes about 74k if i have my 3 years tax returns with it is it going to cause problem or what? Please enlighten me on this iv has been paid. Thanks in advance.

Why didn't she fill 2012 and 2011.? She will have to give reason why she didn't file. Has nothing to do with your returns they have to qualify on their own documents.

Correct. All returns one is required to file must be filed. Only if she was not required to file, will it be OK if she only filed 2013.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
