as i inquired in Hyderabad for Medical appointment

as its very near to my house

so they gave me Doctor email id

first i have to email my interview dates and all

after then only Doctor will decide the dates when i have to get my medical done

and For finger print we have to register a account with http://www.ustraveldocs.com

then we have to fill all the details so its giving around 10 days gap for appointment in hyderabad

as OFC hyderabad also have

so register before only because the last moment you may get the dates or not

for medical you have to carry this documents

1 original passport

2 Passport first page and last page xerox copy

3 Appointment letter which we get in the email with interview dates

4 Photographs [ four ] Measuring 2 inches by 2 inches [ 5 cm by 5 cm ]

it will take 4 to 5 days to complete the Medical Reports and 2 visits all will be done as per decided by doctor

then they will handover the sealed Envelop which we have to give at our interview time at Consulate or Embassy

Who schedules the bionetrics? Embassy or ourselfs?

As far as I know, you have to do to ustraveldocs.com, choose your country, register and schedule it over there.

I already got her medical appointment today.

fingerprinting will NOT happen in hyderabad. the moment you select IV in that website, it will change post to Mumbai. for fingerprinting you have to goto Mumbai. thats why i took appointment 1 day before interview.

Received Packet 4 interview appointment email! The attachment to the email is titled case#-std p4 app (24 jun 2013).

I guess the date refers to I130 NOA1 date but they seem to have messed up the month. It should have been 24 May 2013. Did it cause the interview to be scheduled later?

I have that same date also, and everyone else

any one know how long it takes to get passport back from Mumbai Embassy.

Do they ship it to applicant house address or that pickup address we select when making the OFC appointment account.

By the way, for my 2013 tax return, I did file as single and not married even though I got married last June 2013. I know there's an issue about filing married either jointly(w/ ITIN) or separately(and put NRA on ss no box) and that were not supposed to file single. Trust me, I told my tax preparer about it.But she insist no, I should just file single now and then amend my tax soon as my husband get here and get his ss and were not gonna have a problem at the interview. And yes, she is right, during the interview, they didnt say anything bout my filing status. I guess they only look for my income and thats it. My husband's visa was approved. So I plan to amend my tax soon as my husband get here and when he received his ss.

Finally got the email confirmation for Interview @ 2:50 am Indian Time. Medical and fingerprint are scheduled for Monday 07/04.

First finish the medicals. then make the fingerprinting appointment. see the steps.

I my interview letter they didnt mention abt the fingerprint stuff...do i still need to make an appt for fingerprint or they will take the fingerprint at the time of interview day...I have interview in mumbai.............
