Hi everyone, my fiancé is from the United Kingdom & we're getting married in the US this August. We've been approved for our K1 visa through the I-129f petition. After receiving our USCIS approved notice we received a letter from the department of state or National Visa Center stating my fiancé should fill out the DS160 form on their site. He's concerned that submitting the form will restrict is access into the United States this June for a visit. If he submits this form can he no longer come in and out of the US? Will they hold his up in customs? Will his trip over in June jeopardize his arrival for our wedding in August? He was planning on going to the London Embassy to get his visa after the June trip. Please help! Thanks
