My fiancé just got home to a letter from the DOS stating that the NVC are forwarding my petition to London! We hadn't got any, updates at all online and it's still on 'alien registration number changed' it's all exactly the same case number everything. I'm not going completely crazy (I may be that's totally possible) but isn't your case meant to update online?

16 January 2014: I-129F Application sent!

3rd February 2014: NOA1

10th February 2014: NOA1 Hardcopy received

NOA2: (File accidentally sent to NVC without approval, NOA2 actually received 5th May 2014)

12th March 2014: File sent to NVC (without approval)

26th March 2014: NVC Sent petition to London!

28th March 2014: Received in London

3rd April 2014: Packet 3

24th April 2014: Medical

27th May 2014: Interview!

4th June 2014: VISA ISSUED!

24th August 2014: POE

The online system is not accurate. It is not even truly connected to your case.

Do look in the mail for your NOA2. You will need that for AOS.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

Congrats Sailor!!!! So happy for you! I was wondering the same thing about the website too (if it was updated) Mine still says the alien registration number has changed for my fiancé on February 19th...Hmmm, I will definitely be running to the mailbox when I hear the post man now! Lol! I thought I would be getting an email? I just want ANY notice already!

02/03/14 - Sent in I-129F

02/18/14 - NOA 1

04/08/14 - NOA 2

06/23/14 - Interview

07/03/14 - Ben arrived in Detroit!!! :):dancing:

07/26/14 - WE GOT MARRIED :wub::dance:

Adjustment of Status

09/05/14 - Sent in for AOS/EAD/AP

09/09/14 - Case was received

09/25/14 - Biometrics done (early walk-in)

09/26/14 - RFE (needed additional tax documentation and Affidavit of Support issues) :ranting:

11/04/14 - Sent RFE response

11/07/14 - Received RFE reponse (RFE Response Review)

12/10/14- Put in an Inquiry about my case (Says we should hear from them by January 1st)

01/06/15 - Called USCIS inquiring about my case

01/09/15 - Received text/email alerts saying my husband's EAD/AP card has been ordered! YAYYYYY! :dancing:

01/12/15 - Received second email/text saying his EAD/AP card is being produced!

01/16/15 - Received email/text that EAD/AP card was mailed and was given tracking number

01/17/15 - EAD/AP card in hand!

01/29/15 - Received notification that our Interview has been scheduled for Mar. 3rd!

Congratulations Sailor! :D I'm definitely going to ask my fiancé to check his snail mail now! ;)

I haven't seen any sign of an NOA2! Double checked on CEAC and my petition is already in London, just booked my medical! Everything is moving so fast!
