guys pls check if our papers are ready to go. your comments and suggestions will be much appreciated :rolleyes:

I'm confused... what are you sending out here? These documents are for different stages and don't go out all at once. Where are you in the process? If you're sending out the I-130 you do not need to include financials or beneficiary's civil docs, and should join the April 2014 I-130 filers thread.

Have you contact the IRS about the processing.. MFS would have been easier route to go down .

W2's alone aren't enough. You would also need the paystubs, and 1040 form from the tax return if you don't have the transcript.

I have current paystubs I can send with him and I have a copy of the 1040 that we submitted. It will just be rejected due to the ITIN request.

Filing MFS has us losing a lot of money. I wanted to just do the extension, but people are saying it won't be enough for the interview. I have a signed W7 by my husband and his passport. I don't understand why they wouldn't let me just get the ITIN. No where in the ITIN documentation does it say he has to be present.

were trying to send i-130 application and were planning to send this all together, is it wrong? will USCIS forward to nvc everything we sent them?

NVC will make you resend anything you send to USCIS that wasn't requested for the I-130 stage. Do NOT send your original documents to USCIS. At this point you should be sending payment, the I-130, both G-325As with passport photos, your e-notification form, photocopies of marriage cert and petitioner's birth cert, and proof of relationship. Anything additional at this stage will be a waste of your time and effort. You're posting in the NVC forum and you haven't made it to this step yet, so join this thread for more people filing at the same time as you: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/490138-april-i-130-filers/

Yes, you've tried twice. If you read the instructions on the form (which I thought was easier to follow than USCIS/NVC forms...), you need to submit a link to your timeline, not your profile page. And since you don't even have a timeline created yet, you need to do that first, then go through the form again, this time linking to your timeline.

ugh. this immigration ####### is getting the best of me!

I called NVC and they still didn't get my case. they told me to give it 4-5 weeks, WHY? like honestly, after it's approved, why do they need to keep it at USCIS for that long? it's #######. I waited 329 days to get approved and now more freakin waiting.

I called USCIS and they said I need to wait 30 days for "processing" ####### are they processing? it's an approved case, so what else do they need it for?

I talked to a --------- tier 2 officer that was rude as hell.

I refuse to believe their blah blah #######.
