11 March : Received at NVC

11 April: Case # assigned

18 April: paid both fees

8May: DS260 completed

16May: packets scanned in NVC system

13 June: check list : missing page 7 of i864.

25 June : scan date AOS checklist

7 Aug: Case Complete...... BIG ACCOMPLISHMENT

14 Aug: interview date assigned

16 Aug: Email interview appointment received

18 Aug: Medical completed

23 Aug: biometric done,DS260 stamped, fingerprints taken.

10 Sep: interview day; interview took 511 days from I-130 NOA1

I just spoke to nvc agent, they said my case# is still not available, I guess I will have to wait.

My I-130 was received at NVC the same day! we should tag along and compare progress!

I hope we get our case # this week (I think we should)!

AOS fee has been invoiced with a yellow triangle sign, we've been trying to pay but it keeps saying processing and times out without comfirming processed or paid. Is anyone having the same problem or is there something we are missing.

Hey guys. I called nvc this morning to check if they put my case in the sistem. But no luck. They received my case april 2. So i guess is too soon for the to put the case in the sistem.

Right now it is taking about a month to get a case# after NVC received your case. You can follow this spreadsheet to get an idea of how long things are taking.

Right now it is taking about a month to get a case# after NVC received your case. You can follow this spreadsheet to get an idea of how long things are taking.

Yes, I'm trying to pay the AOS fee as well, and it keeps timing out with a server error.

I just recently, after 329 days at uscis, had my i130 for my husband approved. Now, I feel like it's another waiting game at NVC! Did anyone get approved on March 26,2014 and had their case transferred to NVC yet?

I had that problem a couple of times last night. After you fill out your banking information, you need to click the "I agree" box. After you click on that box, the page resets itself and THEN you can submit the payment. I was too impatient the first couple of times.

Does NVC follow a clear "first in first out" or do they operate just like NVC?

I would say they're still imperfect, but substantially better than USCIS.
