Just wondering how long does it take for the AOS to get approved/accepted? I mean I know they say 30 business days but in reality I think its taking them about 2 weeks. I guess? Is that right?

I just gave birth last week. Should we already include our daughter in form I-184? That increases the amount we should overcome in the poverty guidelines right?

bkgosh, our timelines are pretty similar. Hoping for case complete by this week So ready to get done with this process I am loosing my patience now. Lets hope for the best this week

I am guessing for case complete for you (as well as mine) between 15th ~20th April. It has really been a very long journey.

You are correct. About 2 weeks for approving the AOS (assuming no checklists).

Could you guys please help me in answering the below questions for DS260:

1. Is your spouse immigrating to the US with you? (she is already USC and sponsoring me)

2. Is your spouse immigrating to the US at a later date to join you?

3. Do you have documentation to establish that you have received vaccinations in accordance with US law? (i can't fill a NO here, i think but then what documentation they required and when? during interview???)

4. Mother's surname at birth? (will it be different from current one? as she has my father's surname now?)

Ankit has already answered Q 1 ~3 correctly. Mother's surname at birth would be her surname before marriage (hence maiden surname).

dumb question.... do I have to wait for the lawyer to submit the AOS etc if the DS260 becomes available.... can I just submit it online?? or is it not available until after all the packages are accepted??

So package (with AOS and IV) has been sent and DS-260 has been filled.

You have to include your daughter on the I-864. And yes that increases the household count.

What Transcript do we need for join with Aos at NVC stage ?

All this options I see in IRS website.

1) return transcript

2) Record of account transcript

3) Account transcript

4) Wage & income transcript.

Also, What's the difference between all this transcripts ?

I have no idea.... possibly because I sent the same letter to all the USCIS big guys many times. I have a lawyer but I don't think that makes a difference.

I think because of your I-129f and I-130 approval.

What I saw is that if both cases got approved and touch NVC than they closed I-129f and at a same time they assign case # to I-130.

I saw this happened to other fillers too.
