Try calling them real early in the morning or real late (maybe 9 or 10 pm Eastern Time). They are open till midnight. Also, kindly change the consulate in your Timeline. It shows Armenia now. Thanks.

02/26/2014 nvc received my approved i130 from uscis

04/01/2014 case number and invoiced assigned

04/02/2014 AOS fee paid

04/04/2014 iv fee invoiced. not able to pay yet

04/06/2014 iv fee ok to pay, still in process

04/04/2014 AOS package sent via usps express mail. but weekends hummmmm

04/07/2014 AOS package arrived to NVC ( according to USPS tracking).

04/08/2014 officer lady from NVC said that my AOS packages are received .

04/09/2014 DS 260 completed. make some name mistake. hope it will not delay my case.

04/16/2006 IV package for parents are delivered to NVC ( according to USPS tracking).

04/21/2014 nice lady from NVC confirm that they received my IV package today. .

​04/24/2014 nice lady from NVC confirm that they already accepted my AOS packages for both parents...

Hi guys im new to this thread I have a question yesterday they sent me an email to pay iv fee but when I go to the ceac website I cant pay the fee it shows me 0.00 on it :( plz help .. THANK YOU !!

Sometimes it takes a few of days to actually be able to pay the fees. Keep checking the CEAC website at least once a day. Also, why not review the NVC spreadsheet that Ms. Saylin has put together and maintaining for all of us going thru' the NVC process.

Commiserations there- I am also feeling frustrated with my lawyer- I saw that they could send the IV as the iv was now showing PAID, so sent them an email to let them know to send the packet, but they did not reply- that was at 2pm Friday. So I guess it will go out Monday, I HOPE they use priority or express. I want to email again and ask them too, I don't know why I hesitate.. it isn't their husband they've been apart from for AGGGES, so they should understand my demands right?

Does anyone know if it is possible to resubmit the I-864 forms with a different joint sponsor? Unfortunately, we received a checklist and our current joint sponsor has been excruciatingly slow on the uptake and has given us the wrong documents twice, even after we took painstaking care to make sure it was unmistakably clear exactly what documents for which years we need. Fortunately, a more timely and reliable person sympathetic to our plight has offered to be our joint sponsor, and so we'd like to resubmit the forms with this new joint sponsor. If anyone knows whether this is possible or not, please let us know (we're asking here first instead of the NVC since we don't want our case flagged. Yes, we know it's paranoid, but it's hard not to be when the stakes are so high).

Hey I already paid the IV fee 20 minutes ago I was so worried about it ... if u didnt get to pay it tomorrow try calling them in Monday to see whats wrong .. good luck to u my friend I hope by tomorrow u get to pay it

Same darn thing happened to us back in february when we got invoiced for the AOS and IV fee. Our lawyer insisted we CAN'T pay yet and after some thorough questioning, he finally gave up and told us that the accountant of their firm was absent so he had no means to pay it yet. I gave it another day then the next day, the accountant was absent still I went ahead and paid it myself. That slowed us down 2 days, one day at NVC makes a difference at least for me. I'd suggest just pay it yourself, didn't affect our case whatsoever.

I figured it wouldn't be a big deal since he can sign in and print the bar code pages. I just saved myself a week just waiting for him to pay. Now they should show paid next week

I haven't been able to get a hold of him since I was approved. Today a letter came to my house addressed to my husband from his office. Just the approval notices. If I didn't have VJ I would be sitting around waiting for him. And he knows my husband isn't here... why address the letter to him???

I'm yet to get a case number for the I-130, but I hope it is only matter of days now! hopefully next week!

still can't pay iv bill . i got email invoiced from NVC 1 days ago.

anyone has that same experience.

I-864 question... a joint sponsor has filed recent taxes as 'married filing jointly' and his spouse also had income.

will i must need an i864A from the joint sponsor's spouse too ? or is that optional ?

Optional, just ensure they include a copy of the W2.

July 24: I-130 NOA1

July 24: I-129F sent (Dallas Lockbox)

Aug 2: I-129F NOA1

Aug 12: Alien Registration Number was changed, I-129F.

2014: Jan 28/29/30: - 3 transfer notices for I-130 and I-129F.

Feb 3 - Hard copy arrived -Notice of transfer to Texas stating Jan 29th.

Feb 10 - NOA2

Feb 27 - email stating I-130 being sent to NVC from TSC.

March 6 -NVC received our case.

April 7 - CASE NUMBER yay! IIN and BIN obtained and email given.

iv and aos packets was sent to NVC last March 25, delivered in NVC on March 27... I called NVC yesterday spoke with a representative and stated that they have received a packet on March 31and i verified to him if it means that it has been entered to their system already and he said Yes. My questions is how long does the review of the IV and AOS packets have been taking lately?
