you're only required by law to inform them after you have the green card. The immigrant informs the USCIS via form AR-11 within 10 days of establishing a new residence and the petitioner (and any joint sponsors) use form I-865 and have 30 days.

I see most of VJ send their packages sepertaly, is it faster to do this way, I know Sayline mentioned you can send them in one package (AOS and IV), just wondering!! and does NVC require to send them one at the time?? thanks

still can't pay iv bill . i got email invoiced from NVC 1 days ago.

anyone has that same experience.

please help!

i tried all kind of browser already. still can't select payment to pay 230$.

04/08/2014 officer lady from NVC said that my AOS packages are received .

04/09/2014 DS 260 completed. make some name mistake. hope it will not delay my case.

04/16/2006 IV package for parents are delivered to NVC ( according to USPS tracking).

04/21/2014 nice lady from NVC confirm that they received my IV package today. .

I-864 question... a joint sponsor has filed recent taxes as 'married filing jointly' and his spouse also had income.

will i must need an i864A from the joint sponsor's spouse too ? or is that optional ?

Guys guys, those of you using IPhones and do not have anyway of retrieving your call records I've got exciting news for you. Today, while surfing the net, I came across this software called DiskAid. this allows you to retrieve your call logs and voice msgs.

I found it so fascinating and I thought of sharing the news with you. Maybe it might be of help to you so do check it out.

Hi guys im new to this thread I have a question yesterday they sent me an email to pay iv fee but when I go to the ceac website I cant pay the fee it shows me 0.00 on it :( plz help .. THANK YOU !!

I just paid both fees. I don't care what my lawyer thinks. He never called me back so I just paid them. Does it really matter whether I pay or I pay him to pay??? ...and then take the chance of him delaying it another week?? NO THANKS !!!

Hopefully they will clear by Monday. And he'll get all my docs on Monday .. He can get busy doing the cover letter ETC.....and sending everything in.

I can't believe I was able to pay them so soon. My case only arrived at the NVC on April 1st.

if she has income it is advisable for her to either have the i-864a or include his W2 to show his income portion.

I can't believe I was able to pay them so soon. My case only arrived at the NVC on April 1st.

Same darn thing happened to us back in february when we got invoiced for the AOS and IV fee. Our lawyer insisted we CAN'T pay yet and after some thorough questioning, he finally gave up and told us that the accountant of their firm was absent so he had no means to pay it yet. I gave it another day then the next day, the accountant was absent still I went ahead and paid it myself. That slowed us down 2 days, one day at NVC makes a difference at least for me. I'd suggest just pay it yourself, didn't affect our case whatsoever.

The two packages are processed by two separate departments in NVC. Sending them together has no special advantage (except saving mailing charges) and NVC clearly does not require it. The barcoded cover sheets are different. The addresses (ATTN: ) are different. If you decide to mail them together put them separately in two separate envelopes marked with their separate addresses. Then put both envelopes in a bigger USPS Priority or Express Mail envelopes.

Mail the packages ASAP after the respective money is withdrawn from your account and not wait for the website to show PAID.

Try calling them real early in the morning or real late (maybe 9 or 10 pm Eastern Time). They are open till midnight. Also, kindly change the consulate in your Timeline. It shows Armenia now. Thanks.
