so later today or tomorrow I would say. I started binge checking and knew within 15 mins

when it became available.

Thanks! Oh wow I stopped checking every 5 minutes to watch a movie and it is now available! ;-)

Quick question: Is it necessary to complete the DS-261 before being able to pay the AOS fee? Because even though I was already invoiced to pay the AOS Fee, it still won't let me. I know it takes a few days from the experience of others on here. Was just wondering if the DS-261 had to be done before being able to pay AOS.

Thanks!!

Nice....38 days from Case # to Case Complete....Now I guess your going to Disney Land.... :dancing:

I wanted to help bring down the average! ;)

Indeed, it's great to have this whole process behind us!

What makes you doubt getting a May interview? Looking at last month's interview data; case completes until the 6th were scheduled for the very next month. Is there something unique to the London embassy?

I'm looking at interviews assigned for March UK case completes. Someone with a March 31 cc has a May 30 interview, so I don't know if they're booked up by now.

It was great putting you up there! ;) Congrats by the way! :dancing:

P.S. On the form request, you put your NOA2 date as your NOA1 date :P I saw it as June and I'm like what?! But, with one quick glance at your timeline, I realized you put the wrong date

Haha, woops! Way too excited apparently. Thank you ^_^

Do you think if I called today I'll get a case complete?

I'm sorry if this has been covered, but this process just has me so anxious and flustered. Can I pay my AOS and IV fees before I send in the support paperwork?

Also, only the AOS fee of $88 is available to pay, can I pay that and pay the IV fee when it becomes available or should I just wait for both to be available and pay at once?

Thanks in advance for the help, I hope that this process can be reaching the finish line soon, I miss my husband :(

yes you don't have to send in the paperwork right away but as it takes up to 30 business days to review each section separetly, it's beneficial to send in the paperwork asap.

However if you look at my timeline, you'll see the AOS paperwork (email in my case) wasn't sent until WAY after the invoice was paid and after I had submitted the DS-260 and IV package.

@LoveMyTico

Here's what the lady told me- that they will send a checklist for the police report, but she couldn't tell me if we would then have to send the police report to the NVC after receiving the checklist or just bring it to the interview.

I think I'm going to go ahead and send in the IV packet without the police records. I'm including a "statement" that says people from CR don't need to send in the police record because it needs to be "officially requested" and brought to the interview.

Although, maybe I'll call back again real quick and see if someone else can tell me something different?

Thank you for that information! Can I pay the AOS without paying the IV fees? The IV isn't available yet. I just don't want to mess it up like if for some reason it wants both at the same time. It sounds like a dumb question, but I'm so afraid of slowing something down.
