I was planning to call tonight but after Jem's update decided I couldn't wait.... CASE COMPLETE :dance: London is also still scheduling for May interviews. I have essentially no hope that we'll get a May date, especially based on the other UK members on the interview thread, but I had to ask anyway!

good to know- mine was paid on 31 and came out bank next day, and stillll no sign of paid. Lawyer wont send package until it is paid, just have to wait. Wait and then waiiiit

I came home from work at 230pm and IV showed paid and DS 260 available.

Excellent, congrats!! I don't think I can get my hopes up properly for a May interview, but knowing there's a slight possibility is maddening :bonk: It feels great to have so much of the process behind us though!

I just called to check on our expedite since it was under review on Monday and still haven't gotten an update. The lady said once they decide, the embassy will send a letter to me (the petitioner) by snail mail at my US address...that doesn't seem right since they have our emails? Anyone with expedite experience can clarify this?

I am the petitioner (USC). My husband is Senegalese.

6/10/2013: NOA1

1/21/2014: NOA2 (TSC)

2/6/2014: Received at NVC

3/13/2014: Case Number, IIN, BIN received by phone. Emails handed over.

3/17/2014: Submitted DS-261

3/18/2014: Received emails- AOS invoice and Case Number, IIN, BIN

3/19/2014: AOS available and paid (IN PROCESS)

3/19/2014: My part of AOS sent to joint sponsor from Senegal, awaiting PAID confirmation before joint sponsor sends to NVC

3/21/2014: AOS payment REJECTED. Paid again, payment IN PROCESS. Joint sponsor received AOS package in US

3/24/2014: AOS Payment went through account. Still in process at NVC.

3/25/2014: AOS PAID. IV Yellow Triangle in the morning. IV email and payment invoiced in the afternoon. IV payment IN PROCESS.

3/26/2014: IV payment taken out of bank account, still in process at NVC. IV packet sent via DHL from Senegal.

3/27/2014: IV shows PAID. DS-260 Submitted. AOS sent to NVC from Oregon.

Hello everyone,

I had my IV papers done back in December (thinking my process would take much less time than it's really taking) and I am wondering if the papers (police record, birth certificate...) along with the translations have to be less than 3 months old.

Help? :)

On the Paris embassy profile on VJ it says that documents at the time of the interview need to be less than 3 months. Pretty sure that the marriage certificate is valid for 6 months but just in case I would definitely bring updated documents at the interview (as the requests are free I wouldn't risk it). Hope this helps!

I think given the pdf platforms global appeal and the fact its free makes that format appeal to me.

Hi! We received the IV invoice email yesterday telling us to pay online, however, 24 hours later it is still not available? Does anyone know if this is normal or how long it could take to be available? Thanks!post-156129-0-70776000-1396641741_thumb.png

Just got the email that BOTH bills are ready to be paid !!! Gotta call the attorney and tell him I'll just pay now and I"ll send the docs to him to send with the bar codes. I am payhing him so he might as well do something...right ??
