I was so hoping to get a case complete before the end of April, but I guess I made some good progress for now!

Still a tiny window of hope for a June interview!!!!!!!

No, no. I posted that at 7:30. I only start work at 8. I finish at 4:30. But, I may be busy for a couple hours with some errands, so by the time I'm done, it'll probably be around 12 hours ;)

But who knows, maybe I'll post the May thread while at work :whistle:

So we just paid the IV fee today and UPS delivered our AOS package yesterday morning :dancing:

But this weird thing happened with the AOS fee. It shows PAID on the NVC website since yesterday morning but no money has been taken out from our bank account yet. How is it even possible?

Congrats to all the interviews!!! Was glad to see that when i woke up :)

Add me to the list of members with compulsive VJ behavior! :P Before I even get out of bed in the morning I'm reading through all the email notifications I received overnight.

Oh whew lol. This week has been crazy busy for me at work, I've gone through a little withdrawal not being able to post much =x Tomorrow and Friday I have meetings from 10:30-5... I'm going to be itching to jump on and reply to stuff here as I watch all the email notifications come through!

So I am assuming a new I-864 form needs to be filled out with the correction and sent ASAP. The paralegal that I am working with must have done this wrong but if you do this all the time, shouldn't you know how to fill this out already? Really annoyed! :bonk: And super upset.

You would think since immigration is supposed to be thier specialty..... they would know the rules.... and you can't tell me they never got a checklist in the past... I was thinking of printing out Saylins WIKI and handing it to them tonight at my meeting.

Do it!! I gave my lawyer the site, and told him that he should check it out. VJ is a Cliff Notes for immigration lawyers and for people like us who are smarter than the lawyers :)
