you can get to my country by just acrossing the bridge from Thailand.

believe it or not, let me tell you.

yesterday night, i got dream that joy( leader of angry birds) yell at me and tell me " hey you need to hold your call, you got too much checklists"

i did dream like that yesterday night..

i am so scared her. i got her one time when i call and ask about my case number . She said don't you know what is 30 business day?

it means only 5working days in a week.

then i never call morning time at all.

One of my best friends in Thailand lived in one of the camps for Burmese refugees.

He made it to the USA and got a job working in the same mall that I had a store at.

He is working to get the entire family here. Don't ever give up, don't ever stop fighting

for your family. Be strong and overcome every obstacle in your path.

When I was in the middle of the villages and saw the need I would pray at night

before I went to sleep. Dear God, let me dream a good dream of a new day

of liberty and freedom for all the people I see here.

i just called NVC .

they said they don't even open my IV package yet which they scanned on april 21st...

hummmm

she said she is waiting IV packages. so i told her IV package is scanned on april 21st. then she said she didn't open it yet so don't know what it is .

then they said they don't know how my DS 260 is because they only review when they open my IV packages. keep telling me to wait 30 business day.

so CC is still far for me....

just hoping no checklists and can catch june interview...

I called and they said they reviewed and accepted my ds-260. I was told they were only waiting to review my civil docs. No case complete yet. :/

Aos accepted. Ds 260 accepted. Got a fake checklist via email indicating im still missing my civil documents. Which im sending this week!

I'm confused, as your signature says you sent in the IV package on the 14th. So what is it you plan to send in if your AOS and 260 are accepted? I thought the DS260 isn't even looked at without the IV package...

Actually, just got an email from NVC that I (the petitioner) has been assigned as the agent, so I assume they have accepted my DS-261?

You'll know the DS261 is accepted as the IV fee becomes payable.

CASE COMPLETE! Just got the news. One step closer to being back with my family.

After 47 attempts to call NVC I finally got thru and waited 25 mins ( which is the time I always get when I am waiting) no case number yet, but the lady that answered said 20-30 days, which is the first time I heard someone tell me 20-30 days instead of the typical 30 days. I have a feeling I am going to get my case number in 22 days ( so far I am at 15 days)

Maybe NVC has been reducing the backlog, and now it's taking "only" a little bit over 3 weeks to issue a case number!

I hope they continue to reduce the backlog and issue us case numbers sooner! Fingers crossed!

It is. My DS-260 has been accepted even though my IV docs are still under review.
