CEAC never shows when a form has been accepted, only that it's completed. There's no update beyond "completed" until it changes to "on file at post" after you get case complete. The status page is really pretty minimally useful, until/unless you get to a point where you're trying to time your medical with your case's arrival at the embassy.

BOS, I don't see your unabridged timeline anymore in your timeline ? I was just curious about your interview scheduling- you were the person who got a london interview scheduled on the 2nd round right?

We got a checklist last night, it seems to be a false one though. They said they received our DS260 but are yet to receive our civil doc which I know they already have and they also checklisted the whole 9 pages of the AOS form. Someone is working on our files I think.

Totally in agreement. I think we are so close to the end that the itch has gotten unbearable!!! I love seeing "case complete" notices, but it makes me sooooo impatient to see people with dates AFTER mine getting those final fabulous words!!!

I think there are a whole bunch of us that should be getting news this week. COME ON NVC!

You received your Case Number a few days before me, so once you get your approval, mine should be soon after. But you are right, I have seen people who received a Case Number after me already get a Case Complete and I'm like :clock: Happy for everyone but still waiting for my turn lol.

We had case complete on April 3, which was the last day of "round 1" scheduling for London interviews as far as I can tell. They told me that day (Thursday) they were still scheduling, but by Monday they said they were done. Then on Wednesday April 16 I and another London VJer, D&S86, got our interview dates for May.

Ahhh finally my civil documents were reviewed, and I was told the DS-260 was accepted:) :) Now they just have to review my revised AOS which I sent because I didn't put N/A in a box. I wish we could all meet somehow and have a huge celebration somewhere!

Does anyone know at what stage we get our Alien registration number? I've already paid the AOS and Visa payments and are about ready to send the packets in but I still don't have a number to fill in.

You'll get over this wish soon enough. It's like being in combat. Intense comradeship during but off to separate lives soon after.

my 260 fees showed PAID at 6 am today- so I submitted BOTH wife and daughter by 830 am- today 4/29!!!

i have the IV package just sitting here waiting on that darn police report (original) - i have a copy-

YESTERDAY some friends flew up from Honduras and are overniting to me - I am expecting the original tomorrow in my mailbox!!

then just waiting for CASE COmplete - or the dreaded checklist- didnt even want to say it... positive VIBES!!

this step is sooooooo much better than the USCIS- sit and wait game.. wait for months and months. with no news.. this is weekly activity now!! feel like I am accomplishing somethig FINALLY!!
