Does anyone know if you can receive a checklist for wring size photos in IV packet and just be asked to take to the interview?

Hi Everybody,

I received a checklist for my AOS today. For those people doing electronic processing make sure you submit every page including page 9 which is for the lawyer if you have one. Its a blank page if you are doing your own application but will be checklisted if not included with your scanning. even though page 8 is your contract with your signature and date. I guess Saylin you can add this as your tips for checklisted if not added already.

I started this process with a full head of hair and now I almost look like Kojak.....

So IV should be sent by next week. AOS accepted by 4/1/14. Attorney sent it 3/21/14.

12 days!? I may have to buy them an express mail envelope for my IV package

Received an email today from NVC with our case number and instructions on filling out DS-261. Is it normal for the petitioner (myself) to be the agent who receives all the correspondence? That is what I designated, I can't pay yet though

Yes you can. You select yes to having an agent and put your info in that spot.

Sweet news....At this stage express it..Especially the IV docs..many originals and hard to replace items.

I have decided if I get any checklist its gonna rain overnight paper at NVC until they give me case complete.

i have an attorney who've supposedly been in this business for over 25 years.

so if i get a checklist... imma be ANGRY!!!! hahah jk. ill be dissapointed though.

i miss the wifey ;[ this is the longest ive been away from her, 7 months.

waiting on the interview date then im flying to vietnam!

Planning on staying there for a bit until her interview date

then if all things go well, go back to the states happily . sighhhhh no one

will ever understand what were going through unless you been

through it.
