Ok I have a question about the Affidavit of support.... It says the imam gran will not solicit government support and the sponsor will assure he/she does not request government support, well I would like to know how that works, if me and my spouse and our three kids are living in the US and sometime down the line I lose my job or something happens where I need some support like food stamps or something similar for my kids, (who are USC) am I not able to request any support since my spouse will be there on a spousal residence visa?

I was able to get the payment in - after checking ALL DAY yesterday and today it finally allowed me to PAY THEM $460!!

I guess I should call them and say THANKS!!

every day is a burden now.. so close.

For what if I may ask do you know the price of each thing they charged you for, doesn't seem right to me.

Pomeranian... So cute... but so yappy! :dead:

I had a pomeranian when I was growing up. I had a number of sleepless nights because the dog was barking all night long! :bonk:

They are adorable but mine isn't yappy at all she just puts her little tiny paws on my leg and wake up. She twirls and I know she has to go hahaaa.

This is Nena when she was a baby. :D

hello please i need some help, my pet was approved on the 1st and sent to NVC on the 4th, but my wife keep calling NVC yet they keep saying they don't have it yet... how long dose it take the NVC to receive pet from USCIS

Don't worry we all go through that they say it takes a month to two to arrive actually for them to process it in their computers. You can call and ask at the following number they are open from 7 am to 12 midnight Eastern time, phone number 603-334-0700 press #1 to speak to an operator.

Just relax this is all normal. :) Much luck to you and welcome to the thread. (F) (F) And congratulations to you and your wife. :)

If Joy or Arthur pick up just hang up and call again they aren't very nice. :) No matter what they say call every week and every day at the third week if you can.

Any one can advice me what to do. I done the ds-260 last January 31, 2014.and the document already send to the nvc it was delivered febuary 18, 2014 but until now no results for the nxt step. Tried to call the nvc to check the status they said that they did not got any of my document. But when i track it said that it was delivered already

Sent my i130 Friday they got it Monday and I just got my email saying they accepted it and it's being sent to Nebraska :) !!!!!!!

USCIS : 7 months
Marriage : March 21, 2014

I-130 Approved: November 14, 2014 ( after two service request)

Same here! But it's strange; the yellow triangle never disappeared. It looked different because my wife's name was on the page, and it allowed me to pay. The yellow triangle is still there, but now I am "In Process"

Is it too risky to send the IV packet on Moday even though i just paid it now? I went online and checked Fedex estimated delivery from Hong Kong to NVC is on May 1st if sent on Apr 28th. Will that give enough time for the IV bill to change from 'In process' to 'paid' before my packet arrives at NVC?

Is it too risky to send the IV packet on Moday even though i just paid it now? I went online and checked Fedex estimated delivery from Hong Kong to NVC is on May 1st if sent on Apr 28th. Will that give enough time for the IV bill to change from 'In process' to 'paid' before my packet arrives at NVC?

Oct 3, 2013: I-130 sent

Oct 7, 2013: NOA 1 received

Nov 22, 2013: Transferred to Texas Service Center

Jan 24, 2014: Received RFE

Feb 12, 2014: RFE doc sent

Feb 21, 2014: NOA 2

Mar 4, 2014: Case sent to NVC

Mar 11, 2014: Case received at NVC

Apr 11, 2014: NVC Case number and IIN assigned

Apr 14, 2014: DS-261 available and completed

Apr 15, 2014: AOS bill invoiced, paid and "in process"

Apr 18, 2014: AOS showed "paid"

Apr 23, 2014: AOS packet sent
