Hey there, trying to determine if I received a false checklist today. On the 18th I received a false one for sure since it was asking for all of the IV pAcket supporting documents (passport, pics, birth certificate, etc) and I had already sent al that in with the DS260. BUT today I got another checklist and it only has one thing listed which makes me wonder if its real, the thing that is listed is Eligibility Documents. It goes on to talk about Canadian passports and stuff you can use as proof. But we submitted my wifes passport with the supporting documents so I am at a loss here......

The best thing you can do is to call and make sure this is a real checklist (it does sound real to me), so you can send them *again* what they want from you :mellow:

Seriously so pissed that I can't pay IV fee yet.. what the hell are they waiting on... :ranting:

I feel like my whole life has turned into a waiting game and i'm getting so frustrated I don't know how much more of this I can handle.

((((((((((CanGirl)))))))))) most of us know exactly how you feel, just take a deep breath, maybe tonight you'll be able to pay the IV fee.

They need to put more people to work and help the economy as they promised. :) I'll be praying for you. (F) (F)

I just gave my two weeks' notice at work and accepted a new job offer! Time to redo my AOS and get a new copy to England for the interview >.> I definitely had not planned on taking a new position prior to my husband moving here and getting situated in a job himself, but I guess life likes messing with people who think they have a plan :lol:

4.29.2014: AOS fee 'PAID' status

I'm also in the 1 year club! It's been a year and 1 month since I've seen my hubby too. But we have a glimmer of hope since our case complete. Hoping for a June interview. Hugs! :)

Hugs right backatcha sister, so happy for you it brings hope to my heart. I'm still waiting for my case number :crying: was approved April 8 received an e-mail saying was sent to NVC on the 15 Th. They really need to fill more positions not just for us ;) but for the economy. (F)(L)(F)

Will be praying for a June interview for you of this year <----- need to be specific unless God thinks it's ok to let it go til next year. ;)

One step closer:

IV packet overnighted to NVC today!

I hope to be able to fill out DS260 tomorrow and then the "sprint wait" to the finish line.

Hoping for a Case Complete with no checklists.

Hello Guys

We are Doing EP (Electronic Processing) for our case since it's eligible for that , we received a checklist for AOS on 20 Th March 2014 , and our lawyer responded to them by sending an email to nvcattorney@state.gov' on 24 March 2014 by sending them the corrected AOS , so we called NVC yesterday and the Agent told us that they did not receive anything , so is there any suggestions to know what happened , or shall we ask our lawyer to send the AOS again to them

I got the case numbers a week ago and still can't do anything. What the heck is taking NVC so long?? I think they are getting behind again :( I hope we all hear some good news today!! COME ON NVC!!!!

NVC reported having issues with their computer systems. Right now they are hoping for a fix tomorrow!!!!

I hope to be able to fill out DS260 tomorrow and then the "sprint wait" to the finish line.
