i called NVC today and asking about my AOS package that they received on april 8th.

but she still tell me to wait 30 business day.....

hummmmm.

USCIS stage

sent i130 for my parents on april1, 2013

noa 1 on april 5, 2013

transferred from NBC to TSC on nov 18, 2013.

waiting waiting and hoping NO RFE.......

jan 31, 2014 NOA 2 ....

finally i 130 journey is approved ...

NVC stage

02/26/2014 nvc received my approved i130 from uscis

04/01/2014 case number and invoiced assigned

04/02/2014 AOS fee paid

04/04/2014 iv fee invoiced. not able to pay yet

04/06/2014 iv fee ok to pay, still in process

04/04/2014 AOS package sent via usps express mail. but weekends hummmmm

04/07/2014 AOS package arrived to NVC ( according to USPS tracking).

04/08/2014 officer lady from NVC said that my AOS packages are received .

04/09/2014 DS 260 completed. make some name mistake. hope it will not delay my case.

04/16/2006 IV package for parents are delivered to NVC ( according to USPS tracking).

04/21/2014 nice lady from NVC confirm that they received my IV package today. .

​04/24/2014 nice lady from NVC confirm that they already accepted my AOS packages for both parents...

05/06/2014 one gentleman told me my case was completed already. (L) (L) (L)

06/11/2014 interview for my parents.

I am in the same boat.NVC received my I30 case by april 16 .Now I have to wait 30 days for NVC case number.

I saw some people are getting NVC number after a week of NVC received case.How it is possible?

I am not understanding that in this month lot of aprovals then why NVC is not fasting their process....

Guys a few months back I saw some site which had a call back option from NVC. Does anyone know if it works outside US? The good news is that since they talk to beneficiary I can bother them lol!! Have been dying to do it for so long at uscis even :D

I saw some people are getting NVC number after a week of NVC received case.How it is possible?

I am not understanding that in this month lot of aprovals then why NVC is not fasting their process....

I think some people get lucky while others get unlucky when it comes to applying for immigration. -_-

I think 20% of us get lucky (faster processing timelines), 60% of us get processed at an average timeline, and 20% of us get very unlucky (super slow processing timelines). :huh:

Fingers crossed for getting case numbers fast in May! I wish they offered an expedited service. I'd even pay extra money for that. LOL :bonk:

Received "ACL FOR WWRO" / "PAOSF I-130 FOR NEOPOST DS-1200" emails saying to submit my DS-261 (done yesterday) and pay the AOS fee (still not available in portal).

Blargh.

06 Jun 2013 - Received text and email with receipt number

08 Jun 2013 - Received paper I-797C. Received and Priority date - June 3. Notice date - June 5.

Hey guys - Just a quick question to ease my mind. I just completed the DS-261 Choice of Agent online, but I submitted it twice because I forgot to put street on my address line the first time. Will this be an issue with the bar code and case processing?

i got my case number the same day it ed received but i waited 11 months for my approval.

Question ladies and gentleman ........could i use the same translation i used on the i-130 with the marriage certificate or would that be a red flag?
