AOS Package was sent on 4/3, received on 4/4 and entered into NVC system on 4/8, so exactly 14 days (2 weeks) before it got reviewed.

NVC received my AOS on april 8th too. so can i ask you?

how to you find out you got checklist?

did you call and ask? if so, how you ask?

i have been calling and they said i need 30 business day to review it. you and i have same received date from NVC. so i hope they are reviewing my AOS too.

or you just got email from NVC???

i got no email from NVC about my AOS so far.

I resent my revised AOS April 7, NVC got it the 9th (I had the tracking number to see when it was received), they didn't put it in their system till the 16th!! IV they put in the 15th! DS-260 was done March 26th. I hope they hurry up and I can be with my husband in the summer!!

There is a form Saylin uses to update the spreadsheet now. you'll find it in Saylin's signature!

any luck paying your IV fee? I still don't have a "select box" on the fee payment page though I got the email yesterday...

Same here.. The IV Fee has the yellow triangle and I can click Pay but when it goes to the payment page there is no select box yet. I'm getting impatient and checking it every couple of hours.

I found out through an email generated by NVC late yesterday and sent to both the petitioner and the applicant. I had called them yesterday at the start of their business day, but I got the standard "30 business days" party line. So, I can only assume the AOS package was touched during the business day.

As others have said, there's a form in my signature (as well as in post 1 which you should read) to fill out if you want to be added/update to the spreadsheet.

How long does it take Texas Service Center to ship approved petitions to NVC? My I130 was approved on the 21st. Do they usually ship petitions on specific dates each month?

just got off the phone w/ Ms. Joy, well she's in a good mood and her voice was modulated into sweet , told me the usual 30 dayreview. hoping ours will be reviewed in just under 13 days like others..

Case completed this morning... 2 wks and half a day for them to review the IV checklist.. They're taking longer than they were a few wks back.. Good luck to all!

Sane thing with me .... They took like 2-3 business days just to scan the items for my IV and AOS. I am still hoping to hear something good this week. A case complete news would be wonderful.
