I have not seen any posts about case completes yesterday or today. Did I miss any?

I was estimating a CC for me today but nothing yet. Oh well, another call tomorrow.

12/26/13 - Received hard copy transfer notice: Texas Service Center

01/25/14 - Received hard copy of approved I-797
01/29/14 - Text/email advising TSC shipped case to DOS

02/06/14 - NVC received our case file.
03/13/14 - Case number, IIN and BIN assigned
03/17/14 - DS-261 completed. Email Confirmation received
03/18/14 - Received email to pay AOS fee. Invoiced and paid (in process)
03/19/14 - Requested NVC to "join" wife's and daughter's cases
03/20/14 - AOS status "PAID" for wife
03/26/14 - AOS status "PAID" for daughter
03/26/14 - AOS packets sent
03/28/14 - IV available and paid for both wife and daughter (in process)

05/07/14 - NVC shipped case files to Lima Embassy via DHL. CEAC status "In transit"

05/09/14 - DHL delivered case files to Embassy. CEAC status "Ready"

You are from my 'graduating class of July 2013' :) Now that your DS260 is accepted the Case Complete would happen any day. Keep calling...sending best wishes ...

I am also part of the july 2013 class. Feel blessed that i was approved quite early but its really sad that some of them are still waiting for approval. Prayers for them.

So bkghosh, are you calling NVC to check if interview is scheduled? I dont know if i should wait till next week ..Are you going to call them?

I am feeling super frustrated because my IV fee hasn't been invoiced yet. I called and they said they have to review my choice of agent first...it's been 2 weeks since I completed the choice of agent! :( :( :(

Did you ask when your case was deemed case complete or did you just find out today about your case complete?

Wow, I am amazed that you guys have a record of who picks up the call at NVC. Haha, whenever I call, I'm so tired of being on the line that it takes me a second to keep track, I don't get a chance to catch their name since I am so excited they picked up. :P Will see who I get next time I call NVC though! Seems like they are really, busy and closing earlier. I called at 11pm and didn't go through.

Do our spouses really have to get the Flu shot as one of the vaccinations? I just think it is so random, especially since we can choose if we want to get it or not and it's not even a requirement for schools. I never get the Flu shot and I think it's strange my husband has to get it if he wants to enter the United States even when it is not Flu season.

Am I the only one who thinks this way?

After march 31st the flu shot is no longer required since flu season is all but over. :secret:

Hi all,

I received my NOA 2 on 3/27/14 and it left NBC on 3/31/14. I'm waiting for my NVC case # and feeling so impatient! I just want to see my honey already! Thanks for the support group. Although I haven't posted before, I've been keeping up with this forum. Awesome group. I hope you all get great news soon!!
