03-19-2014: NVC sent case back to USCIS

04-07-2014: USCIS got the case

sent case back to NVC again :P

4/11/2014: NVC case number assigned.

4/21/2014: AOS and IV fees Paid.

4/24/2014: DS-260 submitted.

5/01/2014: AOS packet scanned

5/01/2014: IV packet scanned

5/21/2014: case completed. Woooowwww

6/26/2014: Medical Day

7/13/2014: Biometrics day

Apparently NVC was just waiting for me to lose all hope, sit back and get comfortable before throwing us for a loop. Yesterday evening we received an email notification for a May 19 interview in Londo

I don't have to do DS261 coz I am using attorney And my attorney sent them both fees together ( money order) on Tuesday.

Still its sawing as unpaid. :wow:

Oh ok! they prefer online payment as it goes faster, just give it couple more days and it should be fine!

Things are picking up pretty good right now!

I can't believe I completed DS261 16-Apr and my IV fees are already invoiced.

I'm so excited right now!

I hope things move fast with your EP!

Thanks! I just checked CEAC and my AOS is showing PAID but IV fee not invoiced yet.

I'm actually glad I am doing EP because my husband and joint sponsor still haven't given me their i-864 forms! I'm still pretty pissed they haven't done them yet but there's not much I can do but wait :clock:

I'm trying my best to be ready for the next step.

One thing that can slow me down a little bit is snail mail from Morocco.

My wife mailed me the PCC and court record Wednesday. I hope it gets here Tuesday (if we are lucky) or Wednesday.

I'll send the IV packet as soon as the IV fee is paid if I get the mail!!!!!

Oops! Sorry about the double post. Anyway, help about my checklist would be greatly appreciated. I'm guessing I don't really need to send the I-864 again 'cause it doesn't really specify what was wrong with it? I just need to send the proof of US Citizenship? Right? I'm so confused.

Are you a naturalized citizen? I'm just wondering why they are asking for that.

A month or 22 business days is not bad at all, considering how long we have waited up until this point! :)

I was thinking about the same thing since I had waited for six months and one week to get NOA2. :lol:

However, I must admit that I was impatient from the transfer date. It was the longest 31 days of my life. LOL! :rofl:

I knew about your case process using Attorney :secret:

I don't know why she sent MO but it was sent last Monday so I cant do anything.

But positive thing is that I have IV package and AOS package ready at my attorney office, just waiting for fees to updated.

DS-260 info is done too.

* she warned me not to call NVC everyday :rofl:

What's the average time it's taking these days for NVC to review checklisted docs? (Documents I sent in following a checklist.)

They got them in on Monday but I'm hoping it isn't going to take another 30 days to review.
