Should this box in I864 FORM be checked if the petitioner had been working only for past 1 year?

I want to keep my timeline up to date. I just received a notice from NVC requesting my DS-261. Does this go on the timeline? The last thing I added was the approval of my I-130.

Hi everyone. We got a check list yesterday. I'm thinking it's a false one. Just wanna be sure though:

Failure to include the bar code sheet may cause a delay in the processing of your case. Hi i git the same message..did you call NVC to confirm if it is a false checklist?i will call them later because as far as i know they delivered my aos package april 7 and april 9 logged into there system..

I believe the timeline actually still lists it as the DS-3032, but yes, I filled mine in as if it were the DS-261.

Woohoo. Finally some action. Enroll Acceptance this morning and now this when I got home from work.

Dear Sir/Madam:

The National Visa Center (NVC) received your inquiry regarding the immigrant visa petition: MTL2014xxxxxx filed by OMER on behalf of KIMBERLEY.

We received electronic documentation for this case. Please allow up to 20 business days from the day the email was sent for the scanned attachments to be uploaded to the electronic case file and reviewed.

Quick question. When they state "Please allow up to 20 business days from the day the email was sent for the scanned attachments to be uploaded to the electronic case file and reviewed." Do they mean from the day I emailed them the AOS? If so they responded to the one I sent on March 26 (which I did NOT receive an Auto reply for), so they only have 3 more days left to review it. Today would be 17 business days. Which would also mean they only have 10 business days left to review my IV. That can't be right. It must be from when they sent me the email which was today.

I have been watching closely people that are doing EP and I have noticed that anyone sending their ENROLL email before AOS has been paid, that they needed to re-send it.

We should send ENROLL emails AFTER AOS fee has been PAID.

That is when you will get an auto-reply and it will be recognized by the system.

Just a heads up for everyone doing EP.

My evidence is inconclusive I thought I saw a pattern going on but everyone submitted their ENROLL emails at different times (before and after AOS, with and without autoreply).. With the huge backlog of emails and the problems they are having with autoreply it doesn't really matter when we send the ENROLL email. As long as it gets accepted at some point

They just accepted my AOS today, and when I emailed it to them, I did NOT receive an auto reply. AOS was also sent before ENROLL acceptance. AOS was sent March 26, and I just got accepted for EP today and received notice today that they received my AOS. There's no rhyme or reason for anything NVC does. It's all just a guessing game.

Do you mean IV fee? Your signature says your AOS fees were paid on 17th of April.

Ok, I have questions. Do they fingerprint you at your interview??? Ok, next question. Saylin the police cert I am sure you are familiar with in Canada are on a long yellow form. Well back when my husband was told at the border that he needed a waiver to visit the US I think that all that came up on their screen was that he had a assault charge. They had no way of knowing what kind of assault because on the yellow form all it says is assault. But when he applied for the waiver he had fingerprinting done and a more detailed report he received that stated it was assault 266cc which is simple assault which is why he was granted the waiver . I just read that as a general rule, simple assault or battery is not deemed to involve moral turpitude for purposes of the immigration laws. So this is giving me hope that we will not be denied a visa at our interview. If they see it was just a simple assault and not a crime of moral turpitude how could they ask us to get a waiver. I wish i could get answers. I am not sleeping well at all.

I just received a letter from USCIS stating they sent my I-130 to NVC so I'm a bit away from and interview.

Do you know how long they're taking for interviews, I read somewhere it's taking a long time. I'm hoping this

isn't true. I'll be saying a prayer for you that all goes well in the interview. Alhamdulillah.
