I'm still waiting....since March 19th....more then 3 weeks

I understand your anxiety but I waited two months and four days I got a case number.... my point? have some patience. The NVC is bogged down with a lot of cases.

when they invoice your bill, things will start moving pretty quickly :D

Yes, I did, but no luck... You have to wait 30 business days-the only answer.

I just called again, she told me to wait 30 business days, it will be any day soon, but to give them 30 business days. And also I asked about the IV package documents she told me to wait before i obtain them especially about police certificates and court certificates, first to wait to pay, and fill the application.

SO odd. I was able to do everything right away.... They kept your K3 for so friggin long without logging in your I-130. And I begged them to lose my I-130 and process my K3. They did the EXACT opposite.

Waiting 30 days to get shipped and then 30 more days for a case number is just stupid. Its their way of controlling the work flow I assume. They just throw a bone here and there to keep you from complaining. Receipt date.... wait..... case number ..... wait......DS261 available...wait..... submit DS261....wait........ the process is stupid...

there is no rhyme or reason :bonk:

I called them twice last night and I was told it takes up to 30 business after case # to actually invoice AoS fee and have DS261 available.

I'm really freaking out right now!!!!!!!

It's more likely you will see movement today, I think it has to do with the weekend as I happened to be in the same shoes with you before I had movements. Today will not pass you by!

I can really empathize. When I got my case number I was in a batch of several other people with the same timeline as me, and every single one of them got the AOS invoice before I did. I was going nuts checking CEAC probably 15 times a day. It took a (calendar) week for DS-261 to become available and another 2 days after that for my fee to be invoiced. It was hugely frustrating, but things did get rolling and then they went very quickly. Hang in there, you're so close now!

I agree 100%, wait wait and wait. I've paid all the fees, filled out and submitted DS-260. And I've been waiting over 3 weeks to send in my AOS and IV because of this ENROLL for electronic processing. It takes 30 days to receive emails and then another 30 days to review them. At this rate I'm not going to have a case complete til June.

What!? But I thought that's what this NVC thread is for: To get answers to all my questions without having to read any instructions or letters, no? I mean, that's what Saylin gets paid to do, right? LOL :P:P :P

Rooting for you Changnoi! That case complete is yours!

Haha, that's what some people actually do though :P Unfortunately, I don't get paid a cent

I'd kidnap you and force your to fill out all my forms hahahaa, but hey I would feed you like an Empress ;)!

:rofl::rofl::rofl:

You all need to have it in California and get some sun. :P

But I don't live in California :( I live in the middle of nowhere (Fargo). No theme parks up here. And definitely no sun!!

How long have people waited before they received ENROLL acceptance email? I've been waiting almost a month, is this normal. Called NVC several times been told it's normal and that it's not normal, can never get a straight answer.
