Congrats to both of you, that's wonderful news!

I'm feeling so restless tonight. NVC can't tell me if London will do a second round of interview scheduling, so while I know it's happening at other embassies/consulates, it does me no good. It's frustrating to have missed the May scheduling cutoff so closely and then have a whole month to wait. We're so ready to be done!

I got my case # on march 18th, but I'm still getting the " This case is in the process of termination..." error when trying to pay on the online site. Everyone else seems to be getting the option to pay within a week or so, am I missing something? Or is it more common than I thought that it takes a month to invoice the AOS and IV bills?

And I thought it was supposed to speed up after USCIS. . .

Not sure what browser your using but I saw a post that said to use only IE, Internet Explorer, try it might work.

April 9 - DS261 available and filled in online.

April 9 - AOS not yet payable but visible.

April 10 - email regarding NVC case number and access to DS261 received/ email regarding AOS received and paid.

April 11 - AOS sent by snail mail.

April 14 - AOS arrived per mail tracking.

our IV and AOS packages were received on FIrday. Miss Nasty Pants Joy said I need to wait 30 days for them to review. I think JOY just enjoys saying "wait 30 days". She assumes everyone is dumb and doesn't know the NVC process...

I hope to hear something soon. I can't wait to get back to the time when I actually enjoyed the weekends and Holidays... I dread the holiday this Friday. Its just another lost day to me.

I know the feeling well and not looking forward to Miss Nasty Pants at all.

just called NVC asking if they already accepted our AOS checklist, and the representative answered me "well I think so ma'am coz you already have your case complete as of 4/11. LOL made me smile and forgot to ask about our son's case. im on hold again with them LOL. :) thank you GOD

I even asked the NVC Officer if they are done scheduling an interview for May and she said they're still working for it. Hoping i'd get a May interview. Goodluck to all of you guys, just keep praying.
