GM!!!!!!!

Happy Monday. Just an update.

Got my case number today!!!!!!

Case was recived at NVC on 3/10

Should I try and send the email for choice of agent or is it to soon????

Thanks VJ for all your help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The choice of agent email was used before the form went electronic last fall. There's no point really now; if you send an email it'll take them weeks to receive it, and in the meantime the form will be made available through CEAC. It'll be faster if you just hang on and wait for the DS-261 to appear online. Congrats on getting your case number!

I spoke to Joy this morning too in regards to my ENROLL email and acceptance. And I agree with you 100% Not a happy girl. I've talked to her before too. She told me that it takes 30 days to receive emails, and then 30 days to review them. So it's going to take 60 days for my ENROLL acceptance, AOS and IV to be accepted and reviewed, I think not, atleast I hope not LOL. Just ridiculous.

our IV and AOS packages were received on FIrday. Miss Nasty Pants Joy said I need to wait 30 days for them to review. I think JOY just enjoys saying "wait 30 days". She assumes everyone is dumb and doesn't know the NVC process...

I hope to hear something soon. I can't wait to get back to the time when I actually enjoyed the weekends and Holidays... I dread the holiday this Friday. Its just another lost day to me.

But Saylin, how will you discount it and how do we pay for it? Will it be with credit cards or via our bank accounts. If by check do we put it in your name or your company name and if so what is the name of the company and what is the street address? If it doesn't arrive do we call you or write you and what address? So we wait a few day or do we contact you right away? :clock::help::jest:

hahaha!!!

I got my case # on march 18th, but I'm still getting the " This case is in the process of termination..." error when trying to pay on the online site. Everyone else seems to be getting the option to pay within a week or so, am I missing something? Or is it more common than I thought that it takes a month to invoice the AOS and IV bills?

And I thought it was supposed to speed up after USCIS. . .

Thanks in advance!

I'd be calling NVC to check.
