Hey guys im doing DS260,

Where it says MEDICAL AMD HEALTH INFORMATION,

Do you have any documentation to establish that you have received vaccinations in accordance with us law?

What should i put guys, if i put no it asks to explain, are they referring to the ones before the interview or if i have now before the medical exam?

They mean the ones required before you immigrate. If you do not have proof of them then check no and explain you'll recieve at the medical exam. Doing so is the truth and will not be cause for denial or a checklist.

For NVC, Do I need copy of my wife old passport or just the new passport copy.

She just updated her passport.

Well, sort of... It depends on how competent your lawyer is. Some people find that the lawyer doesn't work as fast as we would so the time savings is negated.

In addition to copying the amount on line 5 onto line 10, it seems like 6a,b, and c could be referring to your spouse, the applicant. After all, they will be included in your household size. Then their income would be 0 or "none" and in question 12, you would check the box for "this person is the primary applicant" and then write their name.

I must agree with a prior poster that I don't recommend adding the immigrating spouse to Part 6, number 6 unless you are using their income as the section states. We have put N/A.

Hey guys, I am new to this forum. We just had our case completed by NVC and should get the notice in the next couple of weeks. Do you know how long it takes for them to schedule the interview? If all goes well, do you know if I get the immigration package instantly at the end of the interview? (We are applying for a family based visa) Thanks for your help!

How long does it take to get NOA2 on the mail? I got approved april 1st and nothing yet and it stll hasnt arrived at NVC.

I dont meat the povery guidlnes as i dont have a job , my uncle is my joint sponsor he is retired and his 2013 income in 39000 he has a wife

Is this because he's now retired and doesn't have a 'current income'?

Also, India birth certificate her birthdate is like Date/Month/year. (03/12/1991)

In USA we have Month/Date/Year. ( 12/03/1991)

Is it okay to have this complicated date in BC?

Hey guys will submiting my wifes DS260 early speed anything up? I ask bc i will send the iv and aos packages on tuesday and we just completed

The DS260 now and wanted to submit but im thinking of having it checked by the cathoc charities lawyer that is helping us on tuesday. Should i wait til tuesday to press submit?

I obtained my PCC a while back. I am projecting my IV package to be submitted around late May. My PCC expires in mid June. Do you think this will be a problem with NVC?

Regardless, I know I have to get a new PCC for the interview stage.

I am trying to download i864 form online so i can response to my checklist , previously each page of the form had bar cod with it but now there is no bar code. will that be a problem?

Hi. When you see the form on the web browser, there is no barcode. But once you download it and edit it with a pdf viewer (adobe preferably), then it appears. Be sure to download the form and then edit it in Acrobat Reader.

The barcode is needed because NVC scans it

I think they should be very well aware of this; my wife's birth certificate was in day-mon-year format. No issues.

Btw, great to hear they got the USCIS->NVC issue straightened out. After the case# assignment things are moving even faster at NVC now. 30 days from case# to case complete is very much achievable w/o any checklists. Good luck!
