Just checked, " NOT invoiced"

Do they work on Saturdays, is there chance for today?

They've been saying that they are working over time to get things going! but I'm not holding my breath!

I'm checking every now and then! who knows?

What about DS261? is available for you yet?

Chance for it to be invoiced? Yes, sometimes this stuff is delayed in the computer system.

Are they working? No. US government does not want to pay their employees time and a half for over time on weekends unless they have to.

While the call center is open from 7am to midnight, the actual government employees won't work before 6am or after 6pm. Why? Because they earn a 10% night bonus while working during that period.

No. They take your passports and insert the visas. It can take anywhere from a day to several months or more to get the visas back. Check with your regional forum to see what the average is.

About the checklist for the blank spaces on i-864, just wanna share that we didn't get checklisted for that. We didnt input none or n/a to any unnecessary questions. Its the part 3 "place of residence" in the i-864a that we got checklisted as it shouldnt be left blank. I guess it all depends on the officer who will review your docs. But if i were you, just put N/a or none. Better safe than sorry :)

I am trying to download i864 form online so i can response to my checklist , previously each page of the form had bar cod with it but now there is no bar code. will that be a problem?

I am trying to download i864 form online so i can response to my checklist , previously each page of the form had bar cod with it but now there is no bar code. will that be a problem? and my uncle who is the joint sponsor 2013 income was 39000 and he has a wife with no dependent will his income is enough to be a sponsor because on checklist it says i864 you submit does not match the criteria ,

any help on this will really helpfull

Can you please copy paste the exact words on your checklist? Also, if you are only two ppl u& wife, I think your income should be around 19,662. If you meet this you don't need a co-sponsor. Following is the link for I 864.
