You don't have to wait to get the enroll confirmation before emailing in documents. I did't and had no problem at all. Besides, logically, if you think about it....they are processing the emails in order, your enroll will be confirmed before they even get to the other documents you are emailing in. I emailed in the AOS and IV documents as soon as I paid each fee.

Personally from what I have seen, the EP and non EP journey with NVC is not too much different. The nice thing with mailing is that you have a delivery confirmation that it made it to the building. With EP, you just get the immediate auto response. Anyhow, once you have elected for EP you have stick with EP for the whole process.

Don't let it get ya down! Once you can pay your AOS/IV fees, you can email the doc

I called NVC today over Skype at 7:30 a.m. The first time I had to wait 15 minutes and the call was answered but no response, then the call ended. Second time I called and was answered in 12 minutes by a very nice CSR, Jean. When I gave over my USCIS receipt number, she said they have not yet received my case and I need to wait 8 weeks. I am concerned whether or not Nebraska sent my petition to NVC, but I am relieved to not have got a rude person on the phone and feeling good about it. Also, today I sent the supporting documents to my husband so that when the time comes to send them in, he can send them and they reach in a day. If I were to send them, they would reach in 3-4 days.[/quo

You may call USCIS and email NSC directly.

I echo Bos_Lhr. You should definitely call USCIS and ask if it has physically left the building then track that sucker until you know it has arrived at the NVC just to make sure it doesn't get shipped to the national records center by mistake. I have seen that happen on here.

As several of us have submitted our AOS and IV packages and also DS260, and waiting (patiently) for Case Complete (with fingers crossed), I am wondering when I call NVC what can I ask them or in another words what can they tell us? Can they tell us if and when the AOS was accepted or check listed? IV and DS260 accepted or check listed?

They'll be able to tell you if your packets have been reviewed and accepted or checklisted, yes. If nothing has been reviewed they'll just tell you when the packet was received and that it takes 30 days to review, although that's not really the case.

We have the same checklist. The reason why is because the attny left some boxes blank, should put N/A. And also part 2 it's confusing should put the immigrant's mailing address. Not the address in the US.

Yes, you can ask them when and if the package was input in their system and if and when it was accepted.

Just be prepared for the "you have to wait 30 days" answer but if it's been accepted they will tell you.

Let me wish everyone here at NVC best wishes. I specially want to wish several of you whose cases are running parallely here at NVC with our case - Changnoi, waiting___, ja&ka, senegal0123, amveam, Fabian&Rossy, dadajnm, ya12yo23, jem13 and a few others. Hope you get your Case Complete by the middle of April and interview in May.

I suggest you should FAX NSC, since they would not take beneficiaries call.

Send the fax with both of your names and email addresses. I know the fax to TSC but sorry don't know NSC. My petition was stick Ayr TSC for 30 days and when i sent a FAX i got transferred to NVC and also received email directly from TSC.

I was told the beneficiary can't call USCIS. Anyway, I will try calling USCIS. Can someone tell me how to get to a tier 2?

I took your advice and sent in the AOS. I did not get an auto response though. With the ENROLL email I got an "out of office" auto response within a minute of emailing them the ENROLL email.

I don't know the answer to that question? I know if you call NVC they will tell you that they can only tell you once something is entered into the system.

Hopefully someone else has a suggestion??

Are you sending the documents from the emial you registered on your DS-261? If you registered a secondary email address on the DS-261, maybe trying sending it from that account?

This is the response I got immediately after each email I send NVC - the ENROLL, AOS, IV supporting documents. It is how I knew they got the email I sent because when their inbox receives an email it generates this automatic response.

"Dear Sir/Madam:

Thank you for your recent inquiry to the National Visa Center (NVC). This e-mail is an auto response. Please do not respond.

We review and reply to e-mails in the order they are received. ".

Thanks for an immediate response.

We did receive this email for i-864 support documents but did not receive for DS-260 documents. We had registered for EP and did receive OPTIN confirmation before emailing these documents.

Since, we've sent two times for DS-260 (from both of us separately) hence will wait for a few days to see NVC response.
