Hi Folks,

I grew up in a West African country and I am sure I did get some vaccinations if not all. So here's my dilemma, both my parents have passed and I cannot find any record of any and all vaccination I must have taken as a child.

What do i need to do in this situation in preparing for my medicals?

I would appreciate any and all information.

I didn't have any records of vaccinations either, I went ahead and had them done again.

So today I got a false checklist requesting that I bring my Civil document. Well I mailed it on Tuesday and according to USPS it was delivered on Wednesday.
Below is the content of the checklist.

When responding to the National Visa Center, please include the bar code sheet that came with this

letter. Failure to include the bar code sheet may cause a delay in the processing of your case. The bar

code sheet should be placed on top of all documents being submitted for this case and mailed to the

address provided.

PLEASE NOTE: No interview will be scheduled until ALL of the information requested has been

returned to the National Visa Center.

______1 - IMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION PART 1:_______________________

The National Visa Center received your DS-260 form. We are waiting for the traveling applicant’s

supporting civil documents to be submitted to the NVC. Your online Immigrant Visa Application will be

reviewed upon receipt of your supporting documentation.

To view which documents the applicant must submit to the NVC, please go to our website

immigrantvisas.state.gov.

at least my AOS was reviewed without a real checklist. Go NVC!!! We are humming alongside you.

I-864 (AOS) Bill Shows Paid today. How long to the next step?

Once they process your DS261, then you'll get to pay the IV fee. Some folks have had it in a matter of days, others a couple weeks.

I got an AOS checklist on domicile. In my original AOS package I included a signed cover letter on my intent to move back to the US along with my US credit card statements, US bank accounts, US phone/cable bill, drivers license and voter registration. I'm not sure what else I can include that proves my intent to move?

Will NVC review my DS260 even though my lawyer is dragging his behind on sending in my documents? will I get a checklist if the docs aren't there yet? This lawyer is working my last nerve. He knows I am on the edge of my seat. I paid him... what is the problem????????? UGHGHGHGHGHG

Based on my personal experience...I received a checklist one week after I submitted my DS-260 without my IV documents (I was waiting for my PCC).

The checklist stated "The National Visa Center received your DS-260 form. We are waiting for the traveling applicant’s supporting civil documents to be submitted to the NVC. Your online Immigrant Visa Application will be reviewed upon receipt of your supporting documentation".

I am not sure if this was a real checklist or auto-generated one because in my case it was applicable either way.

yes skype is a godsend! hubsters and i are on it for hours at least twice a day. We play scrabble online too while on skype using this: http://www.isc.ro

He usually beats me! hah, it is a fun way to spend time together. Of course not as fun as actually being in same place! Almost there though, we are sure hoping we get him over for our 1 year anniversary July 7th.

I have a question of I864. There is some fields that don't allow to input by the machine like

Part 1

- 2d (State), 2e (Zip code), 2f (Postal code)

- 5: A# (my mom does not has it).

Part 6:

3b: Date of Retirement

Will I leave it as blank or put N/A by hand because the machine does not allow to enter N/A for these fields.

To God is the glory! I just got an email from NVC and my case is completed and awaiting for an interview date . I am so happy, thanks to all the VJ members who share their knowledge. Thank you Saylin and DWheels76. My AOS package was entered in their system on 03/26, wow i cannot not believe it, no doubt that GOD answer our prayers.
