I'm sorry for what had happened to your case. I also posted this to the group I joined in with Kaylara. The 2 said they used firefox while the other one used chrome. But I think it would be better asking NVC so it won't mess up your payments or DS 260. Or maybe if what majority of VJ members used aside from IE browser.

Thank you Aizeny987, I'll try them all if I have to, will have to pray they fix it by the time It's my turn. I think I read Chrome worked for some, we shall see.

I HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED PACKET IV ON 11/04/2014 AND NVC RECEIVED IT ON 14/04/2014. BOTH AOS AND IV WERE SCANNED INTO SYSTEM ON 18TH AND TODAY THIS CHECKLIST. I ASSUME IT FALSE ONE.

DOES THAT MEAN THAT AOS IS ACCEPTED??????

AS ITS FALSE CHECKLIST, CAN I ASSUME A 'CASE COMPLETE' IN A COUPLE OF DAYS AND THEN A JUNE INTERVIEW?????

lol yeah, so I paid $33 to express mail my IV packet on Friday, and, of course, it didn't get there until Monday! but, at least it's there. when did yours get in?

I've got to NVC Friday at noon for only $19.99 with usps. Overnighted Thursday at 05:23 PM

i called those guys and i was told that AOS has been accepted. They told me that they are aware of the checklist but they are not sure if its false one.

Asking about my case complete, the answer was they can't say anything on that.

I'm right there with you Sukie. Today we have been married 1 year 4 months, and tomorrow our son will be 7 months. His first two teeth just came and my husband missed it just like he missed his birth. I feel like our life together can't start because of this process. I'm miserable right now.

We're all miserable with you, missing our husbands and wives/children for those who have them. I pray soon we will all be reunited.

Yaay! Finally got an Interview date. Case Completed last April 24, 2014. Interview date is June 23, 2014. Will do his medical 2 weeks from now.

Phew. It WAS a false check list. RON at NVC even chuckled when I thank him for saving me from having a coronary over this. He said I got it because they reviewed my DS-260. Which is strange because I was initially told they reviewed my DS-260 on the 21st when I got the first IV docs false checklist. He said it will take 30 BUSINESS DAYS to review, as they are flooded with emails. I guess I can pretty much kiss a June interview goodbye. Feeling very bummed out now.

Don't be you could still be at USCIS waiting and waiting for months. Your at the end of the road so try to be happy and enjoy all your hard work and months of waiting. Congratulations your so close now. God knows how far away I might be. (F)
