Yes, you can attend school.

Ok good:) Do you have any link or info that I can show them? They keep going that it says on the back "This card if not evidence of permenet residence" And that what they want. Its like talking to wall and they dont even lift the phone to call and ask. So if if i would have something to show them I am right would be awsome :)

Who are they? You've got a lot of things going on, and a lot depends on the state, and the school. But you have a pending I-485 and will become a PR soon.

What are you trying to do? Who are you talking to? I hope not the international office.

It is not as simple as showing a link.

Oh, flight school might be different.

But either way, you can tell them, "I arrived on a fiance visa to marry my spouse, I have an application pending for permanent residence, and I have an employment card."

It may be for security that they only accept LPRs.

I tried and I had my licence since 2003 and its issued here in the usa. The main thing is that if you are not a citizen you need and TSA approval to study and that I have.

Then you'll just have to call them back, ask for someone higher up, meet them in person, read their rules, and make your case. Persistence:) Good luck.

So I did call the NVC and I did ask to speak to a tier2 officer and he did explain that I can study and they just need to call and verify with them if they where having questions about it. He told me that I can attend school as long as I am done before the exp date on the EAD card and that I would be.

So know its more the problem get them to make that call:)
