09/06/05 I-130 Approval Notice in the mail!

09/06/05 AOS Approval Notice in the mail!

09/06/05 GREENCARD received in the mail!

End of May or beggining of June 07 applied for removal of conditions...

June 4th NOA

Jan 31st 08 Got email saying my case was transfered from TSC to VSC.....will be scheduled for interview....

Feb 04 last update online.

Waiting...

07/08/08 Green card ordered! No interview!

Waiting for card...

Card arrived and done for a while...

Now: Dual citizenship?

Nice! It is so difficult to find somebody from Spain in this forum. Which part are you from? I am from the north.

I moved here (NJ) about 3 years back and I don't think I'll move back to Spain at least for a couple of years. Hubby doesn't talk castellano, so there you go...

Not sure if you're still out there, but I'm also living in the north of Spain (with fiance of course)...in his home in Gipuzkoa.

You know what I did to get my French thread kicking... I did a timeline search for couples bringing in a significant other from France and sent them PMs saying hello and introducing myself, and explaining that I was trying to round up all the French people on VJ so please feel free to join us if you'd like - giving them the link to my France/America couples thread. I had no clue there were as many French on VJ as there are! :)

8/10/08:

2/28/07: Interview: approved! (Day 99)

4/15/07: Married, in a noreaster (Day 146)

6/26/07: NOA1 (Day 6)

7/14/07: Biometrics (Day 24)

7/23/07: Recieved AOS RFE (dated 7/17) for W-2s, mailed them out the next day (Day 33)

8/14/07: AOS transferred to CSC (Day 45)

8/21/07: CSC received/is processing AOS (Day 52)

Nov 15, 2004: Received NOA 1 for I-485 & I-765

Dec 10, 2004: Received NOA 2 for Biometrics Appointment

Dec 30, 2004: USCIS received Biometrics data

Aug 08, 2005: Received AOS Interview Letter (appointment)

Oct 04, 2005: AOS INTERVIEW SUCCESS!

Oct 11, 2005: Received "WELCOME TO THE USA" letter...

Oct 14, 2005: Received CONDITIONAL PERMANENT RESIDENT CARD!

REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS:

July 7, 2007: Sent I-751 package

July 23, 2007: Received NOA 1 for I-751 application

July 25, 2007: Received NOA 2 for Biometrics Appointment

Aug 17, 2007: Biometrics appointment

Hi All,

My wife and her family are from Gijon,Asturias. We for now reside with out 1month old newborn in Michigan and hope to move back to Spain someday... :thumbs:

All done for the next 10 years...

Even though my country shows up as Netherlands, cos that's where I was living when I went through my K1, I'm from Espana!!

Hola!!

I've been here for over 6 months and I miss mi familia.

Anyone going home por Navidades? I'm not sure if I can make it, and I'm very bummed.

TIMELINE

K1 visa 2006

May 9th Sent I-129 petition

May 16th NOA1 telling us they sent our case to California Service Center

June 23rd IMBRA RFE

Sept. 5th NOA2!!!!

Dec. 12th Interview at Consulate APPROVED!!!

Dec. 14th Visa received

2007

March 19th Move to the US!

AOS

June 15th Sent AOS and AED package

June 25th NOA1s for AOS and AED

July 21st Appointment for Biometrics

July 24th RFE (co-sponsor's passport copy) sent back

Sept. 10th EAD aproved

Sept. 12th EAD card received in the mail

Oct. 9th AOS Interview. APPROVED!!!

Oct. 19th GREEN CARD received!!

126 days!!!
