Hi every one, i want to ask a question you see my neighbors son is 20 years old and his patents came in with tourist visa before he was born. And now he wants to start immigration process. I was wondering if there's a form to submit to get immigration records, and go from there since its been long ago and just want to find out if theres any kind of detention or deportation. Any advice is appreciated thank you.....
