Hi, I was wondeirng is it possible to file N400 which for me the earliest date is 06/26/2014, (2 years + 9 months correct ? ). While I'm still in the process of a pending I-751 Removal of conditional GC process which I filed back in 07/08/2013. California service Center is taking hell of a long time. People filed after me already got their's approved. So the question is, is it possible to have 2 cases going at the same time?

Yes, it is not only possible to have your I-751 and N-400 applications adjudicated simultaneously, but is also more common than you think.

Note: your eligibility window to file your N-400 petition opens 90 days before the third anniversary of your "Resident Since" date (if petitioning on the basis of a valid, on-going, co-habitational marriage to a US person which I presume you are) and not "2 years + 9 months" after the "Resident Since" date.

Good luck with your pending I-751.
