I recently received notification of receipt for my I-485 filing for my son. I took the receipt numbers and input it into the USCIS site to check the status. When checking Processing times at the bottom of that page the “relevant “ description is not shown in the drop box for my Application type. There are 6 items in the drop down box. 5 of them are in reference to Asylum or refugee and one is “employment based adjustment application. Did anyone get these type of sections in the drop down? My application was my son under 18- US Citizen Family based.

Maybe this happened because I also did an EAD and travel document with the application? Not sure.

I checked the EAD receipt number and found that in the drop down for Procession the name of the Processing center is not listed. ? weird. My receipt show MO. But MO is not listed as a processing center. MO is listed as under the I -485 Drop down. Maybe it gets all done at one center. Who knows but sounds like another waiting game…..
