go to the US Embassy website for Manila Pilippines. Good Luck

Remember Each embassy might have a different set of requirements

This Visa Journey guide will help you and your fiancé understand the requirements for filing an I-129F Petition for a Fiancé Visa with the USCIS: http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide

Once the I-129F petition is approved, this information from the U.S. Embassy Manila will help you understand how to prepare for your K-1 visa interview: http://photos.state.gov/libraries/manila/325288/packets/K1%20and%20K2%20Interview%20Preparation%20Instructions%20-%20English%20_updated%2004%20Feb%202014_.pdf

Good luck with your visa journey!

For doing the petition process (I-129F) I suggest following the guide here on VJ http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide

As for what Philippines documents are needed from you; if you were married before USCIS wants a copy of your annulment, if not married before no documents from the Philippine's government are needed during the petition process. You will need to complete a G-325A and a Letter of Intent to marry and send them to your fiance - this info is in the link above.

None of those are needed during the petition (I-129F) process. That is all for later after the petition is approved for doing the visa application in Manila.

Aside from G-325A form and Letter of Intent to Marry that i need to send to my fiance what else do i need to send? What about photocopies of my passport, valid I.d, nso birth certificate and passport picture? I am talking about the petition process first. Thank you.

You must send a passport (specifications) photo along with the G-325A and Lett of Intent to marry to your USC fiance for filing the petition (I-129F). That is it.

Thank you for all the replies..anyway how many copies do i have to bring in each document needed for the interview?

For the interview, one copy of each required document would suffice. http://photos.state.gov/libraries/manila/325288/packets/K1%20and%20K2%20Interview%20Preparation%20Instructions%20-%20English%20_10%20October%202013_.pdf

But it's always best to have / keep a copy for your record (For me, I have scanned copies of my docs). You can check now on how you can obtain these documents. However, do take note that USEM requires the NBI clearance, CENOMAR and police certificate (if applicable) to be as recent as possible. Ideally, less than 6 months by interview time.

Check out Hank's link for more tips / details: http://visaconnection-philippines.com/#

All the best!

Edit: It's advisable to request for at least 3 Birth certificates from NSO. You only need one during the visa process. Good idea to bring 2 BCs with you to US.
