Hello vj members,

My I130 was approved for expediting by the nvc just as our aos was generated and we were just about to pay it but it wouldn't let my husband because it said the case had been forwarded to the u.s embassy in London. The nvc also emailed me to tell me it had been approved and if I had any questions about forms, fees or interview date to call the embassy.

I wasn't given a contact number, the two I've found online are not giving me the information I need (its all information about non immigrant visas). I am at such a loss on what to do because I have tried emailing the embassy, I have tried calling...I can not speak with an operator. Nvc say they can't help at all. So I am Sat here in limbo not knowing the next steps to take.

I have no idea if the embassy will contact me about an interview date, and what I need to bring with me since we didn't send in the aos or iv packets or fees to the nvc...any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!
