Are you planning to apply anytime soon? My visit visa is expiring in Sep., 14 and I'm thinking of applying again. My sister in law has filed petition for my wife under f4 sibling category in May 14. Do you think that it will affect my B1/B2 application as im not the primary beneficiary and secondary one.

I am not sure about applying for mine, as i have other travel plans yet.

To me you have a fair chance of getting a new visa, if your previous one was not misused.

Your F4 petition does show an intent of immigrating, however it is a long wait, before it becomes current.

Anyhow, if you go-ahead with applying, do drop a line on the outcome of your application
