45 Years Old Businessman currently living and working in Uganda since early 2012. Wife and 3 Kids are back in home country.

Want to visit my mother, who is a US Citizen and is unable to travel due to age related ailments. My siblings are also US Citizens.

Have a pending F4 petition since 2007 filed by one of my sisters.

Have utilized a B1/B2 Multiple Entries Visa valid for 5 years which expired in 2011. During the validity of this Visa visited USA for business and personal purposes 3 times (2 of which were after filing my above mentioned petition). The visits were brief like 2 visits for 3 weeks and third one around six weeks, which was on behalf of my company.

What in any senior member's opinion are my chances of getting a B2 visa are, as i have not met my mother for almost 4 years now, and is there any special documentation i need to take to convince them that i would be returning as i cannot leave my business on my Managers for long time.

Any help / comments will be appreciated.

Why have you applied for a F4 if you can not leave for very long?

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

Thanks for your remarks.

My F4 is expected to materialize by 2019 / 2020, upon which i have plans to close the business and migrate WITH MY WFE AND KIDS. Whereas, i intend to apply for B2 alone and my family would stay back. Immigrating to USA is of no use if my wife and kids do not accompany me!!

If, as you stated, your track record of using the B2 is perfectly acceptable, I don't see an issue. The immigrant visa won't be available for several more years; it has been 'in the hopper' (in process) for some time, during which you, according to what you wrote, have traveled for normal amounts of time to the US....you have, therefore, established your credibility (again, assuming everything you stated was true), and should not have any problems getting another visa.

I have a patented algorithm for such questions, input all the data and out it comes.

I need to make an App, could be a big money earner.

In the top quartile.

If you want to visit the US, do you have other options?

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
