i am ready to sent out my AOS, after a long time of putting it together and this is all i have send in the same envelop. Pls i would like to know if i would have to add anything.

There is no document of Joint Sponsor such as US passport or US birth certificate for US citizen. If he is LPR, then the joint sponsor needs a copy of Green Card.

I would include I-94 and I-20 to I-765 too.

Sorry i forget to write that but i add that too copy for his green card front and back.. but i only have 5 most recent pay stub.

Hello K212 same boat here I have include the same list on my AOS just added Daughter Birth certificate , Hubby job contract , I read somewhere that the petitioner need to have a Job Letter describing his position pay etc... he is Military so maybe that's an extra requirement for them . GoodLuck! sending documents today too.

No we didn't add those , just recent LES , reenlistement contract , Transcript and W2 , package received at uscis yesterday afternoon.

i did latter added it right when i was about to mail it yesterday thats when they gave it to him so i printed it out and added it to it, but i was planing to send it without the Job latter. so i sent just the job latter for the joint sponsor
