Ok so I put Usama's second name as his middle name and then of course his first and last name. When it says "other names used" in the I130 form, do I put all his other names or just leave it blank? I'm thinking that I put all the names of his name since just the first second and last will probably get a hit.

Or......leave it and note in the cover letter the real full name he goes by.

Why do they have to have so many names. lol

We used the other names used section only because Wadi's name was spelled differently on his Italian documents (and hence on his Italian police certificate) than on his passport and birth certificate.
