so today I received the visa and yeah too excited and all. was thinking how come i received a bigger package when i was only expecting my passport. and then i thought it will be all our documents that we sent before and the embassy is returning it to us, yeah so opened it and too late to realize the label at the back of the envelope. notice to be opened by the immigration officer. was so shocked that i dropped them the papers and started panicking. :( emailed the embassy already. does anyone know what could be a resolution for this? can i send it back to have it resealed. so worried :(

has anyone experienced this? and in saudi arabia as well?

You will need to make an appointment to take them back to the embassy to be re-sealed.

When people star this process read a lot about that.

In all country people post about the brown envelope that cant be open, I dont know how people make this mistake.

Here in vj there are a lot of informations about the envelope to present at the port of entry.

Can easily see someone who has been waiting for many months for a visa getting excited and opening it before thinking. We are human, we all make mistakes.

Thank you! You are right after the long wait. :) I'm guilty really that I have not remembered that I will be given a packet. Anyway, I have sent them the packer back the passport and I decided to include the letter of explanation and the airwaybill as well so they can send it back :) thank you everyone in Vj will make sure to read topics here from now on. :) now just have to wait how long it will take them to seal it ;)
