Help Filling out my 1-134, temp job & co-sponsor

Sorry for the massive amount of questions, but I have an atypical visa situation. I'm not sure I'm puting the topic in the right place.

So I have a temporary job now, and I'm starting grad school in september. I'm filing with a co-sponsor, so that's not a problem.

But as for filling out my own form I have a few questions. First, since my job is temporary, what do I put in the annual income? Is it the income I would get if I worked perminantly there, or is it the income just for the length of my employment?

Secondly, I have an offer letter from the temp job that has all the info that's been asked in the i134 instructions, can I use it as part of the evidence or do I need a specific letter for affidavit of support purposes? It's a copy but it has the corporate letterhead on it. Does it have to be the original letterhead or can it be a copy?

Third, I read here that some people are attaching a tax return. I'm not self employed so I don't need one. Is that correct?

Thanks again.

Im by no means an expert on this but I think that if you currently have a job you should be find and you would put your annual income. From what I've been reading its seems like it will be fine, because its based on current income. Good luck. I did not have to even have an I134 for myself just the cosponsor because the UK embassy is very leniant.
