[thanks a lot we try all the time to be strong we called DOS each day ,we get different answer like it will take more thene 2 months and it will take 2 to 8 weeks so :D what we can do thene we keep calling theme

i really with the best for you and hope ur interview will be great and u don't have to wait that much as me

awww that is so kind of you to be wishing me the best when you are stuck in this terrible wait. (F) Surely your kindness will earn you good rewards and the call to pick up the visa will come soon!

and Maggie- we will drive to DC and camp outside the DOS in protest if necessary. I have training in civil disobedience! ;)

:lol: Somehow I believe it!!:lol: Let's see, get me you, Sarah T, and WoM...those are the ones I KNOW would raise heck..anyone else want to join? Wow I think my blood pressure just dropped 20 points. Thanks. :P

It's kinda nice that I've been left off a list of folks who would raise heck  Maybe I'm going soft . . .

I said anyone else could join in. Sorry, I don't know you/your personality yet. I've heard you are a former member revamped with a new name, but I have not a clue who you are.

Anyone who will get a long with the group is welcome. I don't want any bickering in the truck, but you can raise all the hell you want outside the DOS...I give you FULL permission!

36_11_6.gif Maggie, I can just see you in the driver's seat, turning around and telling us in the back "Don't make me stop this car and come back there!"

Yeah, me and Brndl are driving. I'll just turn the wheel over to her and come back and pull a Madea on you all (you have to have seen Madea's family reunion, the scene where she is driving home with her lawyer son, and the little foster girl in the back giving her a hard time!). Travel Advisory: Civil unrest will only be tolerated outside of the DOS. All other forms of disobience during the trek will be met with swift deterrant!! :bonk:

I guess the Madea thing scared them off. I don't see any new takers.

Where did you see 23 days? That is even fast for Vermont! Processing times for California, according to the website I use, are 70-90. But hey, since you are alternate driver one AND you have law enforcement experience, we can hit Calif first. Need to go there for Sarah anyways.

Yes dear sister, but you are Calif, and they don't move that fast and never have. But if you want to make some noise in Calif on the way to DC, I"m ok with this. MBP, Sarah, Green Eyes, WoM, load up. We're moving out. (all I need now is a cowboy hat and a rope).

awww VSC is always so fast and its difficult to watch when you are out of CSC, but here is the good news. Casa is not as busy as so many other consulates (e.g Philippines, UK, Montreal) and once the NOA2 comes you will speed up like you won;t believe. I remember Sarah telling me this while I was waiting for the NOA2 and I never really believed her until it happened. Some of my filing buddies and several people caught up by IMBRA last year are still waiting for an interview date. I promise you you will be together before you know it and this will all fade as a sweet memory.

I don't where everyone is yet so no I had not mapped it out Brndl, but don't you worry. If you are going to help me drive, we can detour all we need to make this work out. You just bring your blowhorn.

yeah good point. They might hear us on the other side of the pond with a blow horn. Better keep it 'low key'...well, low key for MENA anyways.

Poor Sarah. Teach her to go out golfing without us. Now she is involved in a fiasco she has no clue about, but I'm sure will come through like a trooper on none the less.
