Hi - we entered the USA on Jan 20th, got married in CA on Jan 25th, and filed for AOS with our NOA1 dated March 10, 2014.

My husband just had his biometrics today on April 1st.

We had an RFE asking for an I-864, the AOS, even though we had sent a fully completed one and with the correct version date! I suspect it was due to my not having started a new job at the time of signing that form, plus as I had worked overseas, did not have anything like a W-2 to attach to the US income tax return. So I did the form again, now that I am working, and managed to reprint tax transcripts for the past 3 years.

Hopefully that will be the only minor hiccup!
