The Beneficiary completes the paperwork from now on. However, you can complete the forms for the beneficiary and just have them sign it. After the beneficiary signs it then, you scan it and e-mail part one to embassy to schedule the interview. Kingstoniv@state.gov (Always use your KNG number in your subject line with subject title)

Our embassy still requires the form for K-1.

The Embassy site does not state so > http://kingston.usembassy.gov/fees/forms.html

Do they tell you that on another site or in some instructions they send? If so, perhaps you could edit this VJ page for it to contain the correct info for your consulate > http://www.visajourney.com/consulates/index.php?ctry=Jamaica&cty=Kingstone

!!! NEW AS OF 10/07/2013!!!!
